Her biggest transformation came after taking her first Women’s                                                                Spiritual Journeys class with Kim Duckett. “My pottery skills and style                                                                  exploded after discovering I had my own shamanic, Earth-based                                                                                       spirituality. It is deeply symbolic and a joy to create! Basically                                                                                    I look for the perfect curve… the female form and circular,                                                                                 sacred ways of thinking inspire my life and work.”

                                                                            Being located in the hub of artistic development also had its effect.                                                                         “With Future of Tradition dance studio above me I learned belly                                                                      dancing, sword play, & poi spinning… I became part of an
awesome artistic community dedicated to creative world change.”Marston is perhaps most
  known for her development of the Ceramic Singing Bowl.

  “My bowls have the uncomon ability to “sing” as metal Tibetan and Crystal bowls do. When
    the lip is circled with a wooden mallet, a resonating and expansive harmonic tone is heard and
      felt in the body.”

       The sound seems to come from everywhere and nowhere. It produces a calming, healing
          effect on the listener. Spiritual and healing traditions in the East have long known
             of the power of sound or vibrations ~ it is only now that we in the West are
                beginning to be exposed to it.

                       All matter is vibrating… moving…. pulsing…. circling….
